Single acting push cylinders aluminium CFA
All CFA thrust cylinders are made of high-tensile aluminium, giving them excellent service life in low-cycle applications. They have an excellent power-to-weight ratio - weighing about 50% less than steel cylinders. The cylinder tube and piston are hard anodised for long-term protection against wear and corrosion. CFA push cylinders come with a top lip and protective base plate made of steel to ensure proper operation even when the base and lifting points are rough.
Capacity 24-95 tonnes.
100-200 mm stroke length.

Please note! The Sygma range of aluminium cylinders is designed for use in intermittent and low-cycle applications, such as normal maintenance and lifting operations. These aluminium cylinders are designed for a service life of at least 5,000 cycles and should therefore NOT be used in high-cycle applications such as production lines etc. Use of these push cylinders beyond their rated life may result in sudden failure without warning and may cause property damage, injury or death.
Single-acting push cylinders CFC
CFC cylinders are true all-round cylinders. They are available in a wide range of capacities and strokes. The compact design of CFC cylinders ensures great power in a small package. The cylinders are equipped with scrapers for the rod ends to prevent debris from entering the cylinder and ensure proper operation in tough conditions.
Capacity from 5-95 tonnes and stroke length from 27-362 mm.
Scraper made of polyurethane, positioned to prevent dirt from entering between the piston rod and the cylinder.
Corrosion protection - plated piston rod and galvanised cylinder.
Standard collar mounting thread.
Optional mounting holes at the bottom of the cylinder.
Models with a capacity of 5-25 tonnes can be fitted with adapters for mounting accessories such as pressure heads or chains, extending the use of the cylinder.

Single acting hollow cylinders aluminium CHFA
CHFA series push cylinders are all made of high-tensile aluminium, giving them excellent service life in low-cycle applications. They have an excellent power-to-weight ratio - weighing about 50% less than steel cylinders. The central opening design allows the cylinder to be used for both push and pull operations.
Capacity from 13-103 tonnes and stroke length from 51-153 mm.
By inserting a rod through the cylinder, the compression force can also be used for pulling operations.
CHFA = single-acting aluminium cylinder with hollow bore and spring return.
