Single-stage hydraulic hand pumps PH

Single-stage PH series hydraulic hand pumps have a simple yet functional design. Few moving parts and a built-in safety valve ensure reliable performance. They are real workhorses that last for years. All pumps can be fitted with a pressure gauge, allowing the user to check the discharge pressure.

PH series hydraulic hand pumps are available with a working pressure of 70 or 80 MPa and with an effective oil capacity of 600 or 1000 cm3. The pumps with 70 MPa working pressure can also be supplied with a pre-assembled 2-metre hydraulic hose (LS201ES), swivel coupler (ASE10) and quick coupler (AQI7). The names of these kits are PH70A-600/LS201 and PH70A-1000/LS201, respectively.

Technical tip: To ensure user safety at all times, we recommend connecting a pressure gauge (AMT801) with pressure gauge adapter (AVM204) to this series of hand pumps.

Note: The hydraulic connection interface on all PH hydraulic hand pumps is a G1/4" threaded port.

Technical tip: If accessories are chosen for a hydraulic system, their working pressure must be equal to or higher than the maximum working pressure of the pump unit. For hoses, we recommend a safety margin of 3-4 times the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system and the burst pressure of the hose. It is also important to ensure that the effective oil volume of the pump is greater than the total oil volume in the hydraulic system, preferably with a safety margin of about 20%.

Two-stage hydraulic hand pumps PHS

The Sygma two-stage PHS hydraulic hand pumps are equipped with a pressure gauge as standard. The pressure gauge provides the user with precise control of the built-up pressure. The pressure gauge is mounted directly on the pump and well protected by the specially designed pump handle. The two-stage function makes the pump easier to operate, allowing the cylinder or hydraulic tool to reach its working position significantly faster compared to single-stage pumps.

The pumps are robust and well suited for tough conditions and rough handling such as in workshops and other mobile and industrial environments.

Hydraulic return port is standard on all pumps.
Robust aluminium tank with low weight and easy oil filling.
Needle relief valve ensures precise control of lowering.
Mounting holes for fixed installations and handle lock for easy carrying.
Pumps with suffix LS201, LS250 and LS301 are complete kits with hose and couplings - ready to use immediately.

Pressure gauges

For hydraulic hand pumps of the PHS70-xxxx and PHS80-xxxx series, the pressure gauge 50777 with a Ø60 mm display is used.
For hydraulic hand pumps of the PHS100-xxxx and PHS150-xxxx series, the TX104 pressure gauge, display Ø60 (2.4 in) mm, is used.
Pumps whose designation ends in a W are supplied with a straight handle without a pressure gauge.
Sygma also offers pressure gauges with a larger display of Ø100 mm (3.9 in) for pumps with a pressure of 150 MPa and higher.

For pumps of the PHS150-xxxxL series, the AMT151 pressure gauge with a display of Ø100 mm (3.9 in) is used.
For pumps of the PHS240-xxxxL and PHS280-xxxxL series, the measuring device AMT301, Ø100 mm (3.9 in) is used.
For pumps of the PHS300-xxxxL series, the AMT401 pressure gauge, Ø100 mm (3.9 in) display, is used.

* PHS200-1000L, PHS200-2400L, PHS240-2400L, PHS240-4100L, PHS280-2400L and PHS300-1000L are designed for ultra high pressures. All additional components and accessories should be selected for use at ultra-high pressures, e.g. equipped with a conical sealing principle. The hydraulic pressure port interface on the PHS200-1000L, PHS200-2400L, PHS240-2400L, PHS240-4100L, PHS280-2400L and PHS300-1000L is a 9/16" - 18 UNF threaded port with 60º internal cone. The pressure return connection is a G1/4" internal threaded port.

Note: The hydraulic pressure and return connections are G1/4" threaded ports.

Electric hydraulic pumps PME

REHOBOT's electric hydraulic pumps are reliable, versatile and user-friendly. The pumps are well suited to applications where a stationary pumping unit is required. All PME series electric hydraulic pumps have a two-stage operation with automatic switching between high and low pressure at 2 MPa - 6 MPa, depending on the pump type. The low-pressure unit is a gear pump that gives a high flow rate up to switching pressure. The high-pressure unit is a pump with one or two pistons.

The PME70-2030ADV and PME70-2030MRV are equipped with a foot-operated pedal for on/off operation. All other models have a start/stop switch on the motor.

The PME70-2500MRV/VR70 operates on the hold-to-run principle. The pump starts when the remote control button is pressed, and stops while maintaining pressure when the button is released.

Valve alternatives

• ADV - Automatic release valve. The oil returns to the tank when the motor is switched off. For crimping, cutting or pressing tools used in high-frequency applications. Not for lifting applications.
• MRV - Manual relief valve. Suitable when you want to maintain pressure in the tool for long periods of time and have a controlled release. Recommended for use with tools for crimping or cutting cables.
• VR70 - Built-in manual pressure control valve allowing the pressure to be adjusted between 0-70 MPa.
• AP - Adapter plate. The pump has a connection plate with G1/4" pressure and return ports.
• MLS - With lever valve for single-acting tool/cylinder.
• MLS - With lever valve for single-acting tool/cylinder.
• SS - With solenoid valve for single-acting tool/cylinder (24 V DC). Afstandsbediening TRC230-24 of externe ingangsbesturing is vereist.
• SD - With solenoid valve for double-acting tool/cylinder (24 V DC). Remote control TRC230-24 or external input control is required.

Note: The hydraulic pressure and return connection on all PME pumps is formed by two G1/4" threaded ports.

Technical tip: To ensure operator safety at all times, we recommend connecting a pressure gauge (AMT801) with pressure gauge adapter (AAM14) to this series of electric hydraulic pumps.
